Terry is responsible for the strategic leadership of our company, with a focus on business development and partnerships. As a seasoned procurement specialist, Terry brings over 20 years of experience and training that has involved working with international policing organizations, academic institutions, the FVEY community, all levels of military & government, and multi-national organizations.
Meagan brings extensive experience in the fields of security and intelligence with demonstrated leadership of multi-disciplinary teams. She is responsible for leading and managing our security consulting projects.
Gilles brings over 35 years of security experience including holding senior positions in the Canadian Military Police and in the Federal Government. He is responsible for leading security projects and providing specialized advice.
Rohnan leads our Open-Source Intelligence and Social Media Intelligence operations, this includes providing tailored reports, dashboards, and intelligence assessments that support our in-house contract engagements.
Brittany is responsible for assisting with the strategic vision for OnPar Solutions, developing our internal policies and procedures, and leading our Quality Assurance Program. She brings extensive experience in leadership and management as well as a wealth of knowledge of government procurement.
Matthew is responsible for managing our Security Analyst team which provides due diligence support to numerous projects including work in personnel background checks, reference interviews, and our Open-Source Intelligence and Social Media Intelligence operations.
Michaela holds a Bachelor of Public Safety (Honours) and an ASIS Associate Protection Professional (APP) Certification, as well as specialized training in conducting Harmonized Threat and Risk Assessments. She is responsible for conducting our Threat and Risk Assessments, Security Assessments, and Security audits.
Jasmine works for our due diligence program, providing analytical support in the area of personnel security including reference checks and educational checks.
William (Bud) has over 40 years of experience across multiple government organisations including over a decade of work as a private security consultant. He is responsible for providing the strategic leadership of our programs and services.
Sandy provides critical support to our operations team, consultants, and clients by ensuring that all our administrative and financial affairs are properly managed with care and trust.
Bringing over 20 years experience in the CAF Military Police, Andre supports our due diligence program by providing analytical support in the area of personnel security including reference and educational checks.
